New Homeowners

Be sure to check with your title company, as previous homeowners may have your pool card/key. If not, we are more than happy to assist you in getting one.

Existing Homeowners

Lost cards/keys will result in an additional fee that will be applied to your account at the time of your request. Payment of the fee is due before we can reissue the card or key.


This request must be filled out by the owner. Please have them complete the below Transfer of Privilege form on your behalf.

Mail or Pickup?

Cards/Keys can be mailed directly to your home or can picked up at our corporate office address during business hours. Please include which you’d prefer.


By submitting this request, homeowners and their invited guests acknowledge and accept the following:

  • The Association’s amenities and pool will not have lifeguards or other attendants on duty. I/We accept the responsibility that we use the facilities at our own risk.
  • I/We will abide by any posted or published rules, procedures, and signs associated with the use of the Association’s recreational facilities and understand that violations to these rules may result in suspension of privileges.
  • I/We will be financially responsible for any damages to the Association’s equipment and facilities resulting from malicious mischief or vandalism caused by members of our household and invited guests.
  • I/We agree that each household is responsible for damage or vandalism associated with the illegal use of a lost or stolen card/key and will report a missing card/key to NMI immediately.
