Modifications Made Easy

All exterior property modifications need to be approved by your community’s Architectural Review Committee.

The ACC application for your HOA can be found under the forms tab in the portal/website.  The community login is located in the upper right-hand corner of this website.  Or you can email us at Customercare@nmitx.com, and we’ll send you the appropriate application for your HOA.

The application is not considered received until all required documents are submitted.  A confirmation email will be sent when the application has been submitted to the committee for review.

    The application is signed by the homeowner.
    The form is filled out in its entirety. Incomplete forms will result in automatic denial and need to be resubmitted.
    Please be thorough in the details of your request. If applicable include:
    Plans, plats/surveys, and diagrams
    Color swatches and material types
    Plant type and gallon size
    City permits
