At NMI, we want you and your residents to be able to enjoy Association facilities as the seasons permit, not as their functionality does. We are experienced in maintaining pools, fitness centers, gazebos, and outdoor structures, landscaping, clubhouses, and more. We know how to address problems when they arise. Working closely with well-trusted vendors to coordinate maintenance and upkeep, we make sure all projects are completed suitably and on time. Let us help you get the most out of your amenities.
Inspection and Repair Coordination
It’s our priority to make sure that facilities are compliant with city and state requirements at all times. We organize inspections and repairs, supervising these processes and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest of standards.
Pool Services
We have a Certified Pool Operator on staff that is able to troubleshoot problems and test your pool water, ensuring it’s maintained per city requirements. When called for, we also assist in the coordination of lifeguard services.
Private Use Reservations
If desired, we’re happy to organize amenity reservations for residents who’d like to use them for private events. Our community websites allow members to reserve these areas online, and our staff is always happy to assist in making reservations via email.
